Ranui Mews is the Waimakariri District Council’s council housing for the elderly community. PLC Group worked with the WDC on this 25 unit design build and delivered the project on time and on budget.  Officially opened on 12 June 2014,

Ranui Mews is situated at 47-51 Williams St and runs through to Hills St.
